women attend each meeting.  we will open and close with prayer.

each mother will be given an opportunity to share as much or as little of her story as she likes—you can even choose not to speak and listen only.

our intention is to grow as we share where we presently are with our individual grief walks. mothers can come to as many or as few meetings as necessary to support her needs.

gathering guidelines

the purpose of this circle is to talk about our babies and our grief

what is said here, stays here

we do not compare as we are all grieving uniquely

we give ourselves permission slips to be in the moment and feel our feelings

we use encouraging and uplifting words to honor each other

we shall be open to progress in our grief journey

we shall listen and learn from one another

we won’t “should” on ourselves or others

we may always say “pass” if we don’t want to share

we will be respectful of the time we have together

don't see your city? consider applying to start a chapter in your area.
you must have accepted Jesus Christ into your heart as your Lord and Savior and agree to our statement of faith. you'll need a free space to host 2—14 women once a month (home, church, private meeting space, etc). you must be willing to open and close the group in prayer and facilitate by keeping the group on topic.

if you feel led to start a You Made Me Mom support group chapter, please email
to learn more.
